How to: Upgrade your account

Want more storage? The ability to download more files to your Seedr at once? Higher quality streaming? Support for private trackers? FTP or WebDAV support? It's time to upgrade!

Go to our plans page, or inside your Seedr click Upgrade Storage in the top-left of the screen. 

You will see 3 plans that you can upgrade to:

• Basic
  • 30GB of storage
  • HD streaming
  • 2 links downloading to your Seedr at the same time
  • Increased speeds downloading files from Seedr to your device.
• Pro
  • 100GB of storage
  • High-speed FTP
  • 5 links downloading to your Seedr at a time
  • Private tracker support
  • All Basic features
• Master
  • 1TB of storage
  • WebDAV drive
  • 25 links downloading to your Seedr at a time
  • Priority support
  • All Pro and Basic features

Click Select under whichever plan you choose.

The screen will scroll down and show your payment amount and terms. Choose the method you would like to use to pay.

PayPal

You will be redirected to a new tab asking you to login to PayPal or create an account. Fill in whatever information is needed, and submit. When you see a success message on the screen, and receive the confirmation email, you should be able to use your upgraded benefits. In rare cases, it may take up to half an hour for your account to upgrade.

Credit or Debit (FastSpring)

A screen will open over the page with the payment options. In the top right corner, there is an option to change your country, which sometimes changes your currency. 

Choose the best payment method for you, and submit all the required information. You will see a success message, and your account should be upgraded instantly. In some rare cases, it will take up to half an hour to upgrade.
